PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2ā€“4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or new product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2ā€“3 business days (if available)

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Wick Nā€™ Flame Candle Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.
